Mo5aic – MTV’s “Top Pop Group Title” – 5-Man Vocal Band

Put Frank Sinatra, Take 6, Bobby McFerrin and the Black Eyed Peas in a blender and what do you get? Mo5aic (aka Mosaic), a five-man vocal supernova, based out of Las Vegas, that has been hurling its hyper-charged sound waves through space since 2002. Merging style with technology they have taken a purely vocal approach to the mainstream. Mo5aic will leave you scratching your head wondering where the “band” is. Why? They don’t use instruments. Every sound you hear is being produced by the human voice… from the guitar riffs and drum fills to the groovy bass lines. With their amazing raw talent, Mo5aic has shared the stage and collaborated with A-list talent like Prince, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Beyonce, Cee Lo Green, Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas, John Legend, Chris Rock, Robin Thicke and Tony Bennett to name a few. The members of Mo5aic have also been featured on numerous televised programs such as NBS’s “The Sing Off,” ESPN’s Monday Night Football, The Academy Awards, America’s Got Talent and The Grammys. After being crowned CBS’s “Next Great A Cappella Group” by Boyz II Men and winning the title of MTV’s “Top Pop Group,” Mo5aic has been taking the country by storm. As Mo5aic continues to push down a door that many feel to be immovable, they remain steadfast in the idea of taking a cappella cover-tunes and placing a mainstream, wicked spin on it.
